Our law office is committed to providing family and business immigration services and solutions.  We are driven by the goal of obtaining positive results at the most reasonable cost to our clients.

We are located in Monrovia, California.  Since immigration law is federal in nature, our office can represent clients on immigration matters anywhere within and outside the United States. 

We offer assistance to those seeking to enter the United States on many different types of nonimmigrant visas.  We also offer assistance to those seeking employment-based and family-based immigrant visas.

Attorney Anne M. Lao Eng is the principal and founder of Eng Immigration Law Office.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Sociology from University of California Irvine.  She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law, an ABA accredited law school  located in Hamden, Connecticut.  She also took law courses at the Colegio Mayor de San Pablo in Madrid, Spain and at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.

While living in Connecticut, Ms. Eng worked as a clerk for the presiding civil judge at the New Haven Superior Court.  She was also a public interest extern for the City of New Haven Office of the Corporation Counsel.

Ms. Eng previously worked as an immigration attorney for a mid-sized immigration law firm in Long Beach, California.  Additionally, her legal experience includes working as a Conflicts Analyst for the law firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP.  She had been involved with the Immigration Legal Assistance Project and the Human Rights Project in Los Angeles.

Ms. Eng has been admitted to the United States Court of Appeals 9th Circuit and is a member of the State Bars of Connecticut and Arizona, Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Bar Association and Young Lawyers Division.  She is fluent in Tagalog and Kapangpangan.
